SewMerryJane offers handmade products, crochet patterns and other digital and physical products.
Each product page includes information about the product, including its description, price and, where applicable, available options.
Before completing an order, the customer is responsible for checking the product details, quantity, delivery address and total order amount.
An order is accepted and processed after successful payment has been received.

Payments are made through the secure payment methods available at checkout.

SewMerryJane does not store customers' full payment card details.

Physical Products

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.
After successful payment, customers will receive access to or instructions for downloading the purchased digital product.
No shipping fee applies to digital products.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal may not apply after the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery or access to the digital content, where permitted by applicable law.

Handmade and Personalized Products
Some SewMerryJane products are handmade and may be prepared or personalized according to the customer's specific requirements.
Where permitted by applicable law, personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assess the issue.

Refunds

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
7. DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
